Ingredients

  • 2 lb Chicken Breast
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 1/2 cup Barbecue Sauce
  • 6 each Hamburger Buns
  • 1 1/2 cup Coleslaw

Directions

Season the chicken breasts with the salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the chicken for 3 minutes per side. Add the chicken broth and Worcestershire sauce, cover, reduce the heat to low, and simmer for 20 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked. Transfer the chicken to a cutting board and shred it with two forks. Return the shredded chicken to the skillet, stir in the barbecue sauce, and simmer for 5 minutes. Spoon the pulled chicken onto the hamburger buns and top with coleslaw.
