Ingredients

  • 12 each Egg
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Milk
    to stretch the eggs, optional

Directions

Whisk together eggs and all other ingredients except for the bread. Heat a few tablespoons of butter or oil in a frying pan big enough to hold 1/4 slices of bread flat next to each other. Once pan in hot, dredge the bread in the egg mixture until thoroughly absorbed and place directly on the pan to begin cooking. Cook on each side for 1-3 minutes. Eat with Maple syrup or other topping of choice. Also delicious with bacon or sausage.
