Stir Fry

Use meat of choice for this. Veggies are also possible to substitute, but I am going to put a package of frozen, Asian stir fry vegetables in the recipe and call it a day.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken
    shredded

Directions

Preferably, you have left-over meat on hand or frozen, but if not, thin-slice your meat of choice (chicken or beef) and saute in a wok or large pan with a few tablespoons of oil until cooked. A few minutes before the meat is done, add the bag of frozen stir-fry vegetables and stir. Cover and let let it all warm through. Add stir-fry sauce (or soy sauce with brown sugar if you don't have any) and serve!
